Kinsa is recruiting for a: Foodservice Account Executive
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Our client is a growing, privately held distributor in the specialty food and beverage space, known for its curated portfolio of premium products and strong relationships across the foodservice channel. With continued expansion in the Bay Area, they are adding a highly visible, field-based sales professional to help drive growth, open new accounts, and deepen partnerships with operators and distributors. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key territory and directly contribute to the company’s next phase of growth.
- 3+ years relevant experience in outside foodservice sales required; experience with specialty or premium food products strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $90,000–$115,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities and Goals:
- Drive new business development across the Greater Bay Area
- Manage and grow an existing book of business while expanding accounts
- Build relationships with chefs, operators, and distributor partners
- Conduct product presentations, tastings, and in-market visits
- Partner with distributors to increase product placement and sales
- Maintain CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and accurate forecasting
Competencies Needed for Success:
- 3+ years of outside foodservice sales experience in food & beverage
- Proven track record of growing sales and building customer relationships
- Experience working with distributors, restaurants, or foodservice operators
- Hunter mentality with strong prospecting and closing skills
- Comfortable with 75%+ travel and a field-based environment
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial, family-owned company culture
