Kinsa is recruiting for a: Production Manager
Location: Miami Area

Join a fast-growing beverage manufacturing company serving well-known brands through blending, packaging, and co-manufacturing operations. With multiple facilities and continued expansion plans, this role offers the opportunity to lead production at one of the organization’s largest and most strategic locations while helping drive operational excellence and future growth.

• 5+ years of relevant production leadership experience in beverage or food manufacturing required; experience with high-speed canning lines, co-packing environments, and alcohol beverage production strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000 – $100,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities and Goals:

• Lead daily production, maintenance, and sanitation operations across multiple shifts
• Drive staffing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and employee development
• Optimize production schedules, labor utilization, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, OSHA, SQF, and regulatory requirements
• Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and overall production performance
• Serve as a key plant leader and backup to the Plant Manager

Competencies Needed for Success:

• Production leadership experience within beverage, food, or liquid processing manufacturing
• Strong hands-on knowledge of high-speed canning and packaging operations
• Experience with blending, batching, bulk liquid handling, and CIP systems
• Proven ability to lead supervisors and hourly production teams
• Lean manufacturing mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Adaptable, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture
