Labor Relations & Human Resources Leader Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS: Labor Relations & Human Resources leader of a food or beverage company.

IN LOCATION: Open to relocation

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 25+ years of HR experience in multiple industries, including food manufacturing, logistics and foodservice.
– HR skills include
– Compliance, labor relations, safety & recruiting and succession.
– Extensive experience with union and non-union blue collar workforces and associated labor relations challenges.
– Excellent knowledge of federal and state HR laws and regulations, including California.
– Responsible for HR for as many as 13,000 employees at 14 distribution centers.
– Loves to travel, has enjoyed adventures in 56 countries.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s in Business from Alameda University, SPHR

COMPENSATION: $190 to $220k
