SEEKING A ROLE AS: a Senior Human Resources Leader for an entrepreneurial, privately-owned small or mid-sized manufacturing company.
IN LOCATION: Currently living in Iowa. Open to relocation, flexible about travel.

This candidate is a highly experienced Human Resources professional with over 19 years of progressive leadership in manufacturing environments, including food processing. Expertise spans workforce planning and strategy, talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement and communications, organization culture, and organizational design, with a proven record of supporting rapid growth and transformation within complex production settings.
• Strategic HR Leadership including building high-performance cultures and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Talent Management & Workforce Development: Designed and executed leadership development programs, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies that improve retention and performance.
• Operational HR Expertise: Managed HR functions for multiple production facilities, ensuring compliance, optimizing staffing, and streamlining HR systems like Paycom HRIS and Lawson.
• Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Managed teams of HR professionals and partnered with senior leadership to drive measurable results in employee retention, safety, and productivity.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Developed key HR metrics, utilizing analytics to improve turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment efficiency.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Enterprise and Essential Management Skills and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Villanova University, complemented by numerous certifications including SHRM-SCP and CPLP.
COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation around $190,000, dependent on responsibilities and location, plus incentives.
